NSTIR Passenger and Vehicle Ferry

Introducing the NSTIR Margret's Justice, a meticulously crafted passenger and vehicle ferry measuring 78'7" with a generous 45'11" beam. Constructed from robust steel for optimal performance and resilience on open waters, this vessel seamlessly transports 95 passengers between Brier Island and Long Island, Nova Scotia.

Inspired by a determined 63-year-old widow who, in 1828, walked 300 kilometres to Halifax to secure land rights and save her home, 'Margaret’s Justice' pays homage to her remarkable journey.
