A.F. Theriault & Son Ltd. takes pride in its 2021 induction as a Laureate into the esteemed Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame. This honour recognizes the company's unwavering commitment, outstanding contributions, and legacy of excellence in the maritime boat-building industry.

Now United in Honour: Brothers Carrying the Legacy of Innovation Forward.
Gus' four sons - Ernest, Arthur, Russell, and Larry - have all worked in the company all of their careers. Ernest joined in 1959, Arthur in 1962, Russell in 1966, and Larry in 1977.
Each brother had an important role in the company; Ernest: human resources, ship repair, and sawmill, Arthur: office, finance, and estimating, Russell: ship construction; Larry: stockroom, inventory and marketing.

Now in the fourth generation of Theriault family ownership, the brothers adeptly continue their father's legacy, steering the shipyard into the twenty-first century with skillful expansion, adaptation, diversification, and modernization.
